Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in the Schenectady area. Full time work, $20-25/hr. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC...and a strong knowledge of Carpentry.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:

• Apartment turnover
• General grounds upkeep
• Work orders
• Maintaining common areas
• Rotational on call duties
• Prioritize work schedule on a daily basis
• Expeditiously dealing with health or safety issues that arise
